Beech Nut New Year’s Open House

Ringin the New Year with an invigorating hike at Beech Hill Preserve! Land Truststaff will open Beech Nut, the historic sod-roofed stone hut on top of BeechHill, for this special event from 11AM-1PM, Monday January 1^st. The Beech nut will welcomeyou with a toasty fire, lit chandeliers, hot chocolate, and cookies (if youhave any leftover holiday cookies, bring them on up!). A sweet start to 2023!

Dresswarmly and wear appropriate footwear. No spikes or crampons will be allowed inthe hut (it scratches our beautiful tiles).

Watchfor signs to park on designated side of the road if the Beech Hill Road lot isfull.

For the easiest route to the Beech Nut, please park at the trailhead located at 316 Beech Hill Rd.
